The Website is operated by Codenutri Ltd (trading as EPINUTRI), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17062603, with its registered office at 14 Balmoral Road, Liverpool, L6 8NE ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

If you purchase products through the EPINUTRI dispensary, additional Dispensary Terms and Conditions will also apply.

"EPINUTRI", "EPI Health", the EPINUTRI logo, and the "Functional Health Matrix" methodology are trade marks or trade names of Codenutri Ltd. You must not use them without our prior written consent.

You are permitted to view, download and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the content and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use of the Website content requires our express written permission.

7.1 General disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7.2 Health information disclaimer

The information provided on the Website, including content generated by the EPINUTRI platform, is for general informational and educational purposes only. 7.3 No practitioner endorsement

The presence of a practitioner on the EPINUTRI platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by Codenutri Ltd of that practitioner's qualifications, services or suitability. Each practitioner operates independently and is responsible for their own professional conduct and clinical decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Website
  • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any action taken, or reliance placed, on the content of the Website, including health-related information
  • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website
  • Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Website (other than as set out above) shall not exceed the greater of one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100) or the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim

If you are a consumer, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland, in the Scottish courts, or if you live in Northern Ireland, in the Northern Irish courts.

If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We may also use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures where available and appropriate. Details of any ADR provider we use will be published on this page when appointed.
