ēpi, the patient companion, costs nothing. Practitioners pay a monthly subscription for the clinical tools, and ēpinutri earns a small share when a paid consultation or a dispensary order goes through the platform. That is the whole model.

Paid consultations

When a patient books and pays for a consultation through ēpinutri, the practitioner sets the price and receives the fee through Stripe. ēpinutri may keep a platform share, agreed with each practitioner and set to zero by default. The practitioner always sees the split before it applies.

Dispensary orders

Supplements are only orderable after a practitioner approves them for a patient. Suppliers pay a commission on each order, typically a fifth of the price; ēpinutri passes the practitioner's share to them and keeps the rest. Patients pay the supplier's listed price, never more.

What we do not do

We do not sell patient data, run advertising, or charge patients for ēpi. Our revenue comes only from the three sources above, so our interests stay aligned with practitioners doing good work and patients getting better.
